Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 7eleven platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the provisions set out herein.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 7eleven ("Platform", "we"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the platform at 7eleven.wine, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all Terms set out in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the platform. Continued use following any amendments to these Terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. The platform reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any provision of these Terms at any time with reasonable notice.
These Terms apply to all users regardless of geographic location; however, the platform is specifically intended for adults in Malaysia. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with applicable local laws.
Account Creation & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
To use 7eleven's services, you are required to register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering more than one account under the same individual may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use this platform. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the required age and have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify the platform immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. The platform shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information during registration and identity verification.
- Not sharing your account with others or allowing third-party access.
- Using the platform for personal use only and not for any unauthorised commercial purpose.
- Comply with all applicable local laws when using the platform.
- Do not use automation software, bots, or any unauthorised technical means to access or manipulate the platform.
Payment & Transaction Information
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the 7eleven platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include TNG eWallet, FPX Online Banking, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks. Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or e-wallet name used matches the account registration details on the platform.
Deposit Process
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe determined by your chosen payment method. The platform is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment processors. Should you encounter any issues with a deposit, please contact customer support with the relevant proof of transaction.
Fund Withdrawal
Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified bank account registered in the user's name. Full identity verification is required before the first withdrawal is approved. The platform reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for investigation purposes if any suspicious activity or breach of terms is detected.
Cancellations & Refunds
Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended. Deposits made into an account are non-refundable except in verifiable cases of technical error. The platform's decisions regarding transaction disputes are final.
Usage Rules & Prohibitions
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using the 7eleven platform:
- Fraud, identity impersonation, or providing false information in any dealings with the platform.
- Money laundering or using the platform for any unlawful financial activity.
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, launching attacks against the platform's infrastructure, or disrupting other users' experience.
- Using more than one account to unlawfully obtain multiple promotional benefits.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or bets in any unauthorised manner.
- Distributing unlawful, defamatory, or rights-infringing content through any communication feature on the platform.
The platform reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including permanent account suspension or closure without refund of any existing deposit.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability Limits
The 7eleven platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for a particular purpose. The platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including financial losses from betting activity.
The platform's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstance shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of 7eleven or its content providers and is protected by applicable copyright law. Users may not copy, distribute, display, or exploit any such content without express written permission from the platform.
Third-Party Links
The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not under 7eleven's control. The platform is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites and makes no warranties or endorsements regarding their services. Access to third-party sites is at the user's own risk.
Account Policy, Terms Changes & Regulations
Account Suspension & Closure
The platform reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to submit requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe, or at the direction of a competent authority. In confirmed cases of suspension due to a breach, the relevant account balance may be held pending investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support. Any valid remaining account balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures, subject to full identity verification.
Changes to Terms
7eleven reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Notice of changes will be posted on the platform and, where appropriate, sent to users via their registered communication channels. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
